"Trip got canceled and I was left hanging"
I had a trip booked for, I think, the 12th or maybe the 13th, and it ended up getting canceled on me. I waited around expecting someone to help or at least explain what was going on, but nothing really happened. The worst part is I still got charged somehow, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"My latest Yango ride was disappointing"
I just had a ride recently it kind of changed how I feel about using Yango. The trip itself was fine, but the driver came across rude and unprofessional. He kept arguing with me about the route and sounded annoyed the whole time, which made the ride uncomfortable. Maybe I’ve had better rides before, but this most recent one really left a bad impression.

"Hard to get a ride lately tbh"
The app itself works fine, but lately there are like no drivers around when I actually need one. Kinda frustrating ngl.

"Just felt really good overall"
I used Yango a few times this week the cars just gave me a really good feeling. They were clean, no odd smells or anything, and the seats looked nice enough that I didn’t even think twice about settling in with my bag.

The rides were comfy in that simple, hard-to-explain way where everything just feels right. Even with traffic, it stayed calm, the AC was good, and the car was quiet. I don’t know, I just came away feeling happy with it.

"Support just never gets back to you"
I’ve been waiting for days and still haven’t heard anything from support. I checked again, still no reply. Sent a follow-up, still nothing. It’s really frustrating when you need help and it feels like nobody is even reading your messages.

"Good discounts when they’re available"
I mostly use Yango when I have a promo code, and so far the discounts have been decent and easy to apply. I do wish they were available more often, because it’s always reassuring to know I’m not spending too much on a ride. They’re not there every time, but when they are, it definitely helps me save a bit.

"Felt safe on my night rides"
I’ve used yango a few times at night, and it felt safe each time. The driver info popped up quickly, the car matched what was in the app, and I could share the trip with my wife, which made it feel better. No random weird charges either, so overall it’s been good...

"Pickup was okay, but the timing wasn’t exact"
My driver showed up a little later than expected, but it wasn’t a huge issue. The arrival time was still close, so overall my pickup experience was okay.

"I use Yango a few times a week..."
I use Yango a few times a week, and I’d say the prices are usually better than the other apps I check. I’m not totally sure it’s always the cheapest every single time, but most of the time it seems to be. The best part for me is that the fare they show before the ride is what I end up paying. I haven’t had any weird extra charges so far, so I’m happy with it.

"I’ve used Yango a few times and..."
I’ve used Yango a few times and the rides themselves were fine, no big issues there. The annoying part was the payment lol — my card got charged before the trip total looked right, and then the app kept showing that the payment failed.
Support did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected and I had to explain the same thing twice. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, just not as smooth as it should’ve been.

"Decent app, but the glitches and copy-paste apologies get old"
I use Yango every now and then, and overall the app is easy to figure out. Booking a ride is usually quick, which I appreciate. But the map can be really slow sometimes, and it doesn’t always show where the driver actually is, so you’re left guessing. Changing the pickup point can also be more confusing than it should be, with some buttons not being super clear. when you report stuff like this, the canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies don’t help much. It’s not a terrible app, it just needs to feel smoother and more reliable. 3 stars from me.
